Join us for a joyful, curiosity-driven math adventure! In this hands-on half-day camp, students will explore the playful side of mathematics through engaging puzzles, collaborative games, and creative problem-solving challenges inspired by the Julia Robinson Math Circle approach.
Each day, campers will investigate a new mathematical idea by working with interactive materials, discovering patterns, testing strategies, and thinking flexibly. Students will also design their own take-home puzzles based on that day’s activity, helping them see themselves not just as learners of math, but as creators of mathematics.
With an emphasis on exploration, collaboration, and imagination, this camp builds confidence, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of mathematical thinking. Perfect for students who love puzzles, games, building, experimenting, or simply learning in creative, active ways!
Please note: We will need at least 10 kids signed up for this camp in order for it to run. Please invited your friends!
Time: 9:00am–12:00pm
Lunch: Not included
If your camper would like to stay for the full day, please add Lunch + All-Day Camp at registration. This will add lunch and extend their day until 3:30pm with supervised play, activities, and themed camp fun.
