Unleash your creativity and discover the engineer inside you at our You Can Code: Scratch Coding Camp! Perfect for young learners, this in-person camp introduces students to Scratch, a fun and visual programming platform created by MIT. Campers will bring their ideas to life by designing interactive stories, animations, and games, all while building essential problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Through Scratch, kids see that coding isn’t just about computers—it’s about creativity, communication, and innovation. Whether you’re building a rocket game or animating your favorite animal, Scratch helps us all think like engineers, solve problems, and turn our ideas into reality!
Each morning includes hands-on coding fun, with plenty of time for outdoor play and exploration during recess. Our experienced instructor will ensure an engaging, supportive environment where kids can thrive. Patsy Lin, from the Extended Day staff (And aunt of PS4 Tesfai), will be our guest instructor. Before working at SFS Patsy was a programmer!
