Let's get rolling! We are excited to have Head over Heels return to SFS, this time for preschool tumbling. For 8 weeks we will have tumbling for PS3 and PS4.
Physical health Tumbling can help kids build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. It helps with gross motor skills.
Cognitive skills Tumbling can help kids improve their hand-eye coordination, problem-solving skills, and spatial awareness.
Social skills Tumbling can teach kids patience, responsibility, cooperation, and discipline.
Confidence and self-esteem Tumbling can help kids set goals, work hard, achieve milestones, and overcome challenges.
