(Kinder–1st)Logic Games & Math Puzzles Club is a playful, hands-on afterschool experience where young learners explore math through logic games, number challenges, and collaborative puzzles. Designed for K–2 students, this weekly club builds foundational thinking skills—such as pattern recognition, sorting, counting, spatial reasoning, and problem-solving—through joyful, low-pressure play.
Each session introduces one or two carefully chosen logic games or math puzzles that encourage students to notice patterns, make predictions, test ideas, and explain their thinking. Students might explore visual logic games, solve number and shape puzzles, work through step-by-step reasoning challenges, or even invent their own variations of familiar games. Activities are designed to be accessible at multiple levels, allowing every student to participate and feel successful while still being meaningfully challenged.
Rather than worksheets or drills, the club emphasizes discussion, exploration, and hands-on materials. Students practice important mathematical habits—taking turns, trying different strategies, learning from mistakes, and collaborating with peers—while developing confidence, persistence, and curiosity around logic and mathematical thinking.
