Description

This Term we will explore Games and Gadgetry! Not all games are of the
“video” variety. Board games and card games are back in vogue. Games
require strategy, critical thinking, and spatial reasoning. In this program
students will create and design games of all shapes and sizes.
🔧 Inventor's Playground:
Students will create their own Rube Goldberg machines using common
items, and exploring the link between them!
🏰 Architectural Wonders:
Become a master architect! Design and build miniature structures, exploring
form, function, and aesthetics. Students will design a 3-D maze using
mathematical reasoning like the “Golden Mean”
🛠 Hands-On Prototyping:
Ready to prototype! Engage in hands-on sessions, turning game ideas into
tangible creations with various materials.
🌈 Design Thinking Adventure:
Students will create interactive games that can be enjoyed by all, unleashing
their problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
