Description

Let's get rolling!  We are excited to have Head over Heels return to SFS, this time for preschool tumbling. For 8 weeks we will have tumbling for PS3 and PS4.

  • Physical health Tumbling can help kids build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility.  It helps with gross motor skills. 
  • Cognitive skills Tumbling can help kids improve their hand-eye coordination, problem-solving skills, and spatial awareness.
  • Social skills Tumbling can teach kids patience, responsibility, cooperation, and discipline.
  • Confidence and self-esteem Tumbling can help kids set goals, work hard, achieve milestones, and overcome challenges.

Participants must currently be in grades preschool 3 to preschool 4.
