Description

Let's sew, create and make some "Pop-tastic" Whimsical Sculptures this fall. This is a beginning sewing and soft sculptures classes teaching kids the basics of sewing, fiber arts and textile sciences. In this fun and engaging class, students will explore the process of making soft stuffed sculptures, drawing inspiration from the bold and playful world of pop art.  Participants will learn from renowned artists such as Claes Oldenburg, Dorothea Tanning, and Yayoi Kusama, using their techniques and styles ti create their own whimsical creatures.
