Wind Instrument Lessons with Garrett Kobsef

In this class, students are challenged to do their finest musical work in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. Students will learn the fundamentals of playing their chosen wind instrument and beginning music theory. However, these are not the only concepts that are needed to be a musician. Other concepts will be covered such as proper posture, productive practicing techniques, reading notated music, scales and exercises, and learning repertoire. Students are encouraged to ask questions to further their knowledge of music and are expected to practice outside of class times. Instrument options: Flute, Clarinet, & Saxophone. Please note that due to availability your lesson may be a group lesson with 3 students in each class.
